What services does CarOracle provide?

CarOracle helps LifeBalance members buy or lease new vehicles without the time, stress, or pressure of managing the process alone. We start with a complimentary consultation to understand your needs, budget, and timing. From there, we research options, explain tradeoffs, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate delivery or pickup. If you have a trade-in, we’ll help ensure it’s valued fairly as part of the process.

How much does your service cost?

CarOracle's standard service fee is $99.
LifeBalance members receive preferred pricing of $49.

Your initial 15 minute consultation is complimentary.

How does the process work?

After your consultation, CarOracle identifies the best vehicle options for your needs and negotiates directly with dealers. We handle the back-and-forth on pricing, terms, and logistics. Most of the paperwork is managed by us, though financing or credit approval is completed in the selected retailer. We then arrange for you to take delivery quickly—often without ever spending hours in a showroom.

Does this program work for both new and used?

This program is primarily designed for new vehicle purchases and leases, which offer the most straightforward experience through full manufacturer warranties, incentives, and financing options. In some cases, we can help compare new vehicles with Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) alternatives to evaluate overall value, depending on availability and pricing.

Why should I use CarOracle instead of going to a dealer myself?

You certainly can go directly to a dealer. Most buyers, however, spend hours researching, comparing offers, and negotiating—often still unsure if they received the right vehicle or terms. CarOracle simplifies the process by handling research, negotiation, and coordination for you, presenting clear options and helping you avoid second-guessing.

Can you help if I’m not sure what car I want yet?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with only a general idea—such as a budget range, body style, or key features. We help narrow options based on availability, incentives, total cost, and long-term value so you can make a confident, informed decision.

Will I get the same incentives as if I went directly to the dealer?

Yes. You receive all manufacturer incentives, rebates, and financing programs available at the time of purchase or lease. CarOracle does not remove or withhold incentives—we help you access them more easily and understand how they affect the overall deal.

Is CarOracle a dealership?

CarOracle is a California-licensed dealer, but our business model is different from a traditional dealership. We do not operate a retail showroom and typically do not carry our own inventory. Instead, we represent our clients and work with authorized retailers to source and negotiate new vehicles on their behalf.

Because we are not focused on selling vehicles from our own inventory, our guidance is unbiased—we don’t care whether you choose one brand over another. Our role is to help you find the right vehicle and terms based on your needs, not to move a specific car.

Is there any obligation after the consultation?

None. The consultation is complimentary and designed to determine whether CarOracle is a good fit for your needs. If you decide not to proceed, there’s no obligation.

Do you carry your own vehicle inventory?

Typically, no. CarOracle’s approach is intentionally inventory-light. While we may carry inventory on occasion or in the future, our core model is to source vehicles from the broader market rather than sell from stock we already own. This allows us to focus on representing the buyer’s interests rather than promoting specific vehicles.

What vehicle brands do you work with?

We generally do not facilitate purchases for brands that sell directly to consumers without dealers—such as Tesla, Rivian, or Lucid—since those manufacturers do not allow third-party negotiation. For all other brands, we help LifeBalance members compare options, incentives, and availability across the market.
